Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 fresh jalapeños sliced

3 cloves garlic minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

2 green onions sliced


Instructions

  1. 1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice jalapeños into rounds
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant
  5. Add soy sauce and honey, stirring to coat the chicken evenly
  6. Toss in jalapeños and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened
  7. Mix cornstarch with water and pour into the skillet
  8. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot

Notes

Use less jalapeño or remove seeds for a milder flavor

Chicken thighs can be used for a juicier result
