Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice lengthwise in half.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush banana slices with melted butter or coconut oil.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over both sides of each banana slice.
- Place banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
