These Air Fryer Crispy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bites are bursting with bold flavor and wrapped in a golden, crunchy coating. Perfectly tender chicken pieces are marinated in zesty buffalo sauce and tangy ranch seasoning, then coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and air fried to perfection. Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; beaten eggs; and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each marinated chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press lightly to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Spray basket with olive oil.
- Arrange chicken bites in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying with oil again. Cook until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
