Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the cauliflower. Remove the stem and leaves, then cut into bite-sized, uniform florets.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
4. Place the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. When golden and crispy, remove and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Make sure the cauliflower is fully dry before seasoning to avoid sogginess.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed for maximum crisp.
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan or red pepper flakes before serving.
