Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
12 oz egg noodles
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Combine cooked beef, soup mixture, and noodles in the bowl. Stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
