A fresh, Mediterranean-inspired salad with delicate angel hair pasta, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives, and basil tossed in a simple olive oil dressing. Perfect for summer meals, picnics, or as a light lunch.
Ingredients
8 oz angel hair pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 4 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, basil, and feta.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
