Description

A fresh, Mediterranean-inspired salad with delicate angel hair pasta, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives, and basil tossed in a simple olive oil dressing. Perfect for summer meals, picnics, or as a light lunch.


Ingredients

8 oz angel hair pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 4 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, basil, and feta.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
