Description

These Apple Caramel Bombs are an easy dessert recipe featuring warm cinnamon-spiced apples wrapped in biscuit dough, topped with gooey caramel and crunchy graham cracker crumble. Perfect for fall gatherings or cozy nights in, this simple apple caramel dessert will melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons salted butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

10 soft caramels

1 tablespoon milk or cream

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies

Instructions

1. Peel and dice apples into small cubes.

2. In a skillet, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Add apples and cook until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Let cool.

3. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of apple filling in the center. Fold and seal edges to form a ball.

4. Place seam-side down in a greased muffin tin.

5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

6. In a saucepan, melt caramels with milk over low heat until smooth.

7. Drizzle caramel sauce over baked bombs.

8. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.

9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to cool the apple filling before wrapping in dough to prevent soggy bottoms.

Use a cookie scoop to portion evenly and keep size consistent.

For a crisper top, brush each bomb with melted butter before baking.
