Ingredients

Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)

Greek Yogurt (plain, full-fat)

Garlic (minced)

Lemon Juice and Zest

Olive Oil

Dried Oregano

Salt

Black Pepper

Paprika

Butter (for sauce)

Fresh Parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat and Arrange: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange chicken in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Prepare Sauce: Melt butter with a bit of lemon juice and oregano in a small saucepan.
  6. Finish: Drizzle sauce over baked chicken, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
