Ingredients

90g prosciutto

90g salami

90g soppressata

100g brie

100g goat cheese

100g gouda

100g aged cheddar

1 apple, sliced

1 bunch grapes

15 crackers

6 breadsticks

10 olives

5 mini pickles

50g almonds

50g pistachios

2 tbsp fig jam

1 tbsp honey


Instructions

1. Place ramekins or small bowls of olives, jams, or honey in corners of the board to create structure.

2. Arrange cheeses around the board, slicing some for easy access and leaving others whole for aesthetic appeal.

3. Fold or roll the meats and place next to cheeses, slightly overlapping for fullness.

4. Add fresh fruits and scatter nuts in empty spaces to create visual interest and variety in texture.
