Description

Wake up to a jar of creamy, cozy goodness with these Best Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats, an easy recipe that is perfect for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, and one of those breakfast ideas you will want on repeat. Made with hearty oats, maple syrup, warm cinnamon, and crunchy pecans, this make-ahead breakfast is packed with comforting flavor, simple ingredients, and food ideas for busy mornings when you need something delicious and ready to go.

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup milk

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup pecans, chopped or halved

1 teaspoon extra maple syrup for topping, optional

Instructions

1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt to a mason jar or airtight container.

2. Pour in the milk, then add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir very well until the mixture is fully combined and no dry pockets remain.

4. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

5. Before serving, stir the oats if needed and top with the pecans.

6. Drizzle with extra maple syrup if desired, then serve cold or lightly warmed.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the best creamy texture with a little bite.

Add the pecans just before serving so they stay crunchy.

If the oats feel too thick in the morning, stir in a small splash of milk to loosen them.
