Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
