Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup blueberries

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 pinch salt


Instructions

1. Add the blueberries to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until they burst and thicken into a jammy mixture.

2. Remove the blueberry mixture from the heat and let it cool completely. Strain it if you want a smoother frosting.

3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
