Description

This Boursin Cheese Baked Pasta is a creamy, oven-baked comfort meal made with garlic & herb Boursin, cherry tomatoes, and tender pasta. A quick and easy weeknight dinner with gourmet flavor, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

8 oz rigatoni or penne pasta

1 wheel Boursin garlic and herb cheese

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup fresh basil leaves (torn)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a 9×13 baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the unwrapped Boursin cheese wheel in the center.

3. Roast uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered and cheese is soft.

4. Meanwhile, boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Stir the melted Boursin with the tomatoes to create a creamy sauce.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the dish and toss gently until well coated.

7. Return to the oven for 5–10 more minutes if desired for extra flavor blending.

8. Garnish with torn basil and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure the pasta is cooked al dente so it doesn’t get mushy when baked again.

Use a high-sided baking dish to prevent any bubbling over during baking.

Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick after mixing.
