Description

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for topping)

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 medium tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
