Description
Buffalo Chicken Bombs are spicy, cheesy snacks made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and biscuit dough – perfect for game days, parties, or weeknight bites. These handheld treats are easy to make and deliver bold flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
3 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons melted butter or 1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives
¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzle or dipping)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Add cream cheese and shredded cheese if using. Stir until well combined.
2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle using your hands or rolling pin.
3. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each dough round. Fold and pinch the dough to seal completely.
4. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet or in a greased muffin tin.
5. Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and cool slightly on a rack.
8. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
Make sure to seal the edges tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
If you’re making them in advance, refrigerate unbaked bombs and bake fresh when ready.
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or extra buffalo sauce to the filling.
