Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and dressing. Mix until creamy and fully coated.
2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or spray.
3. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle cheddar cheese on one half. Add buffalo chicken filling, then top with more cheese. Fold over.
4. Place in the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Remove, let rest for 1 minute, slice into wedges, garnish with green onions, and serve with extra dressing.
