Ingredients
500g chicken breast
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
300g rotini pasta
2 celery sticks
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sear in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through.
2. Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, then stir in buffalo sauce. Toss chicken until fully coated.
3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with ranch dressing and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
4. Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a little pasta water.
5. Toss pasta in the Cajun Alfredo, top with buffalo garlic chicken, and serve with celery sticks.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
Adjust spice by altering the amount of Cajun seasoning or buffalo sauce.
For a thicker sauce, simmer Alfredo a few extra minutes.
