Ingredients
16 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
2. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning and mix well.
3. In a large pot, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
4. Reduce skillet heat and add butter, followed by heavy cream. Stir until smooth and heated through.
5. Gradually add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar, stirring until the sauce is creamy. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until evenly coated.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper with the Cajun seasoning.
