Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Brown sausage slices, then remove and set aside.
- Add ground beef to skillet, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside with sausage.
- Add remaining olive oil and shrimp to skillet. Season with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté diced onions until translucent, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Add cream, ranch seasoning, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer 3-4 minutes.
- Return meats and shrimp to skillet. Add pasta and mix well. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
