Description

This Cajun Steak Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan is the kind of meal that brings comfort and wow factor to your dinner table. Creamy Parmesan sauce coats tender rigatoni, while Cajun-spiced steak bites add a punch of flavor and protein. It’s a skillet full of warmth, perfect for satisfying any pasta lover.

Ingredients

12 oz rigatoni pasta

1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/4 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Cracked black pepper, to taste

Olive oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss in the cooked rigatoni and stir to coat evenly with the cheese sauce.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet and combine gently.
  8. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper.
