Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (or homemade equivalent)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment. Prepare brownie mix as directed using eggs, oil, and water. Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until set. Cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate and cream until smooth. Pour over cooled brownie base. Bake at 325°F (160°C) in a water bath for 45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cream. Pour over the chocolate layer. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40–45 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door, and let it cool inside 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. Warm cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until glossy. Pour ganache over cheesecake, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
5. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Sprinkle over caramel. Chill until ready to serve.

Let each layer cool fully before adding the next to avoid sinking or cracking.
