Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced

2 cups biscuit mix (prepared as per package)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
1. Cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
2. Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté 5 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and corn; simmer to combine flavors.
4. Spread beef mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
