Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy, sweet cheesecake and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. These easy treats are perfect for breakfast or dessert!


Ingredients

Crescent roll dough

Cream cheese

Granulated sugar

Vanilla extract

Egg yolk (optional)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and optional egg yolk until smooth.
  2. Preheat and Prep: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Unroll dough, place a spoonful of filling at wide end of each triangle, and roll up.
  4. Seal and Bake: Tuck in any filling and gently pinch edges. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool and Dust: Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
