Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the diced onions for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the beef broth, scraping the skillet to deglaze. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and heavy cream, then simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and add it to the sauce.
  6. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir everything together. Cook for 2-3 more minutes to ensure all ingredients are heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan before serving
