Ingredients
400g bowtie pasta
500g ground beef
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, break it up, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (1 minute). Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
4. Return beef to the skillet, combine with sauce, then toss in cooked pasta until well coated.
5. Serve hot, garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for the best creamy melt.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to control the spice level.
Reheat leftovers gently with a splash of cream to keep the sauce silky.
