Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are the perfect blend of crispy, cheesy, and garlicky goodness. Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add diced chicken and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Add the Cheese: Lower the heat and add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and coats the chicken. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas and distribute the cheesy garlic chicken evenly on one half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half.
  4. Cook the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat with a little olive oil. Cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Let the wraps cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite dips such as ranch, salsa, or garlic aioli.
