Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 lb ground beef
24 oz marinara sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Add minced garlic to the beef and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low, add cubed Velveeta, and stir until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the cheesy marinara sauce. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated garlic for a more intense flavor.
If reheating, add a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
For a baked version, top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 375°F until golden and bubbly.
