Description

Creamy Chicken Alfredo is the ultimate comfort food with juicy pan-seared chicken, tender fettuccine, and a rich homemade Alfredo sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, this easy pasta dish is packed with flavor and comes together in under 30 minutes. A must-try creamy pasta recipe!

Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter, then add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens.

7. Slice the chicken. Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss with the Alfredo sauce. Add pasta water as needed for desired consistency.

8. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture and flavor.

Don’t overcook the pasta—al dente helps it hold up better in the sauce.

Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
