Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in the cooked shredded chicken until fully coated.
4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and fold into the chicken mixture.
5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until biscuits are golden and the casserole is bubbling. Cover with foil if browning too fast.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a veggie twist, add steamed broccoli or peas before baking.
Cover loosely with foil in the last 10 minutes if the top browns too quickly.
