Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
8 oz spaghetti pasta
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Coat chicken breasts in flour, then dip in whisked eggs, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.
6. Whisk in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella, mixing until fully melted and creamy.
