Description

A luxurious dessert featuring a crisp tart shell filled with silky dark chocolate ganache and topped with fresh raspberries. Perfect for special occasions or a decadent treat at home.


Ingredients

1 tart shell (9-inch, baked and cooled)

200 g dark chocolate (60% cocoa), finely chopped

200 ml heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

2 cups fresh raspberries

Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Bake the tart shell and let it cool completely.
  2. Heat the heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate.
  3. Let sit 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Stir in butter.
  4. Pour ganache into tart shell and smooth the top.
  5. Let set at room temp 30 min, then chill for 1 hour.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and dust with powdered sugar.
