Ingredients

2 heads romaine lettuce

2 grilled chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Grill or sear until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

2. Wash romaine lettuce, spin dry, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

3. Prepare Caesar dressing if making homemade by whisking together mayo, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste (optional), Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil until creamy.

4. Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.

5. Add sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan. Gently toss or layer.

6. Plate and top with fresh cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for maximum flavor and texture.
