Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Mix ranch dressing, Parmesan, and provolone in a bowl. In another bowl, mix panko with melted butter.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Top with cheese mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
