This Copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken is a deliciously tender, golden-seared chicken breast topped with a rich and cheesy crust. Packed with ranch, Parmesan, and provolone, then broiled to bubbly perfection with a crispy panko finish — it’s comfort food at its finest.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Mix ranch dressing, Parmesan, and provolone in a bowl. In another bowl, mix panko with melted butter.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet. Top with cheese mixture, then breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
