Ingredients
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, Old Bay, green onions, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Prepare biscuit dough as per package instructions.
- Scoop dough, flatten, place crab filling in the center, and wrap dough around it, sealing edges.
- Arrange biscuits on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over warm biscuits.
