Description

A buttery, cheesy biscuit stuffed with creamy, seasoned crab filling. Perfect as a party appetizer or indulgent snack, these biscuits are sure to impress with every bite.


Ingredients

1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

1 cup lump crab meat, drained

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, Old Bay, green onions, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Prepare biscuit dough as per package instructions.
  4. Scoop dough, flatten, place crab filling in the center, and wrap dough around it, sealing edges.
  5. Arrange biscuits on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over warm biscuits.
