Description

These Cranberry Bliss Bars are a Starbucks copycat dessert that’s perfect for the holidays. Featuring white chocolate, dried cranberries, and a luscious cream cheese frosting, these chewy blondies are festive, easy to make, and freezer-friendly. Ideal for gifting, cookie exchanges, or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

2/3 cup dried cranberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until smooth.

4. Stir in flour, cinnamon, and ginger until just combined.

5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes. Let it cool completely.

7. While cooling, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth to create frosting.

8. Once base is cooled, spread frosting evenly over the top.

9. Sprinkle dried cranberries over the frosting.

10. Drizzle with melted white chocolate in a zigzag pattern.

11. Chill bars for 15–20 minutes, then slice into triangles or squares.

Notes

Let the bars cool completely before frosting to prevent melting.

Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean slicing.

Slightly chill before slicing to get sharp, bakery-style edges.
