Description

This Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta recipe is the ultimate weeknight comfort food. With tender bowtie pasta, savory ground beef, and a rich, cheesy cream sauce, it’s quick, family-friendly, and freezer-ready. Perfect for busy nights, dinner parties, or cozy lunches. Keywords: creamy beef pasta, bowtie pasta recipe, easy beef pasta, comfort food dinner, one-skillet meal.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces bowtie pasta (farfalle)

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup beef broth

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente (about 11–12 minutes). Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Break it apart with a spoon and drain excess fat.

3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in beef broth and stir in the cream cheese. Let it melt, stirring occasionally.

5. Add cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Stir until a smooth, creamy sauce forms. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine and thicken.

7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra cheese if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk.

Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to increase nutrition and texture.

Reheat leftovers with a splash of milk to restore the creamy consistency.
