Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large cast-iron skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. Stir in Cajun seasoning and tomato paste. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to develop flavor.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir constantly. Gradually add mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses until fully melted and creamy.
6. Toss in cooked spaghetti and stir until evenly coated.
7. Top with extra cheese and broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra heat, increase the Cajun seasoning or add red pepper flakes.
Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother, creamier sauce.
If using another pasta shape, cook it just shy of al dente to prevent overcooking when broiled.
