Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 lb beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and season beef strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear until browned and set aside.

2. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

4. Add heavy cream, parmesan, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk well and simmer until creamy. Add pasta water if needed to adjust thickness.

5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until evenly coated. Add the seared beef back to the pan and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan. Serve hot.

Notes

Bring beef to room temperature before searing to ensure tenderness.

Simmer the sauce gently to avoid curdling the cream.

Adjust Cajun spice level based on your heat preference.
