Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a comforting, flavor-packed dinner that brings together golden-seared chicken and a rich, velvety Parmesan sauce clinging to twisted pasta. Ideal for cozy nights or casual gatherings, this dish is both satisfying and simple to make.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz rotini pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and slowly whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Use pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
  5. Slice chicken and serve on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley if desired
