Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a comforting, indulgent meal featuring juicy pan-seared chicken and perfectly cooked rotini pasta coated in a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce. It’s simple enough for a weeknight but elegant enough for entertaining guests.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter (divided)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

8 oz rotini pasta

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use pasta water to loosen if needed.
  7. Stir in parsley. Slice the chicken and serve on top of the creamy pasta.
