Description

Creamy Garlic Sauce with Grilled Chicken Bites is a quick and easy dinner recipe packed with flavor. Tender grilled chicken bites are smothered in a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. This family-friendly chicken dinner is ideal for weeknights and simple entertaining.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken breast or thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.

2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.

3. In a separate pan, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens, about 4–5 minutes.

5. Add the grilled chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat and let it simmer together for 2–3 minutes to combine the flavors.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the skillet when grilling the chicken—work in batches for perfect browning.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce with better melt.

Add a splash of broth or cream when reheating leftovers to restore the sauce’s creamy texture.
