Description

This Creamy Parmesan Beef Fettuccine with Garlic Butter Sauce is a rich and comforting pasta recipe featuring tender ground beef, fettuccine, and a velvety garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. A perfect family dinner idea that’s quick, hearty, and bursting with flavor. Keywords: creamy beef fettuccine, garlic butter sauce, parmesan pasta, ground beef pasta.

Ingredients

1 pound fettuccine pasta

1 pound ground beef

2 cups heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons butter

1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir constantly and gradually whisk in the Parmesan until smooth.

5. Return the beef to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.

6. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.

Don’t overcook the garlic—cook just until fragrant to avoid bitterness.

Add pasta water a little at a time to thin out sauce to your desired consistency.
