Description

Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine with Garlic Butter Sauce is a rich, comforting pasta recipe made with ground beef, garlic, and a velvety cream sauce. Perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner or cozy weekend meal. This easy-to-follow recipe delivers restaurant-quality results in under 40 minutes. Keywords: creamy beef linguine, garlic butter sauce pasta, parmesan beef pasta.

Ingredients

12 oz linguine pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens slightly.

5. Return beef to the skillet. Mix to combine.

6. Add cooked linguine and toss with sauce. Use pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.

7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for better texture and melting.

Don’t skip the reserved pasta water — it helps the sauce cling to the noodles.

For added flavor, a splash of white wine can be added before the cream.
