Description

Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is the ultimate comfort dish, featuring tender pasta, savory ground beef, and a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or indulgent weekend treat, this easy pasta recipe is a family favorite packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 cup beef broth

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

5. Stir in grated parmesan cheese. Mix until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.

6. Add the cooked pasta into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce and beef mixture.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For a richer sauce, add a small spoonful of cream cheese when combining the cream and broth.

Add fresh baby spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.

Reheat leftovers gently with a splash of cream or broth to bring the sauce back to life.
