Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Olive oil

Garlic (minced)

Chicken broth

Heavy cream

Jarred pepperoncini peppers (whole or sliced)

Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Lower heat to medium, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add pepperoncini and let them warm through.
