Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Olive oil
Garlic (minced)
Chicken broth
Heavy cream
Jarred pepperoncini peppers (whole or sliced)
Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
