Description

This creamy Velveeta spaghetti with Italian beef marinara is the ultimate comfort food. Made with seasoned ground beef, marinara sauce, and velvety Velveeta cheese, it transforms classic spaghetti into a rich, cheesy casserole. Perfect for weeknight dinners, potlucks, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

1 pound spaghetti

1 pound ground beef

3 cups marinara sauce

12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

4. Add cubed Velveeta to the sauce and stir until completely melted and creamy.

5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss cooked spaghetti with the cheesy beef marinara sauce in a large bowl.

6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

7. Top with shredded mozzarella and optional Parmesan.

8. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a bolder flavor, try using spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to bring back the creamy texture.

You can prepare and refrigerate this casserole a day in advance, then bake before serving.
