1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup avocado oil or vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley
Instructions
1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Add cornstarch and toss until each piece is well coated.
4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
6. Cook salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
7. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over warm salmon bites or serve as dip.
8. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Be sure to pat the salmon completely dry before coating to help it crisp up.
For a healthier option, air fry the bites instead of pan-frying.
Adjust the sriracha to control how spicy your sauce turns out.
