Description

Crispy Garlic Chicken & Gnocchi is a one-pan dinner ready in 30 minutes, combining golden seared chicken and tender gnocchi in a buttery garlic sauce. Perfect for weeknights or cozy gatherings, this simple yet restaurant-worthy meal is packed with flavor, easy to customize, and sure to please every palate.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless

16 oz gnocchi, shelf-stable or fresh

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add gnocchi in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until all sides are golden.

4. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and stir gently for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

5. Return chicken to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in garlic butter. Heat through for 2–3 more minutes.

6. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before cooking to maximize crispiness.

Don’t stir the gnocchi too soon—let it brown on one side before flipping.

Fresh garlic delivers the best depth, but garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
