Ingredients
1 ½ pounds chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup neutral oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts into even strips and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for whisked eggs, and one for a mixture of panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then the panko-parmesan mixture. Press to adhere.
