Description

A creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly satisfying slow cooker meal, Crockpot Cheesy Chicken is the ultimate comfort food. Made with tender shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, and sharp cheddar, it’s easy to prep and perfect for busy evenings or cozy weekends.


Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, cubed

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Chopped parsley or chives, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and cubed cream cheese on top (do not stir).
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top.
  7. Cover again and cook for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with parsley or chives and crumbled bacon if desired. Serve hot.
